The venue itself is a Georgian grade II listed country house, situated just a mile outside York city centre, with spectacular landscaped gardens, lawns and a fairy tale courtyard.

Step inside this stunning hotel and be inspired for your big day by some of best wedding suppliers in the region.

All visitors will be greeted by a drinks reception and a free gift bag on arrival to the bride.

Admission is free on the day from 11am but everyone is asked to pre-book tickets for the event for a fast track entry.

The UK Wedding Event

The UK Wedding Event is an award winning Yorkshire based wedding fayre organiser. Our flagship shows take place at York Racecourse twice a year and at The Centenary Pavilion at Leeds United’s Elland Road.

In more recent times, we have also added further large scale events to Ripon Cathedral, Headingley Stadium and Sheffield Wednesday’s Hillsborough Stadium.

In addition to our big shows, we also organise more intimate wedding fayre at select number of hotels throughout the calendar year. Tickets for all of our shows can be pre-booked via the Eventbrite platform or through our own website.
